The Filmmakers for Policy Change SIPA student club is thrilled to sponsor the first annual SIPA Oscars, a student documentary film celebration and award ceremony. This event will profile six documentary films created by and about SIPA student field research, featuring on location coverage of SIPA student work in USA, Peru, Costa Rica, Uganda, Nepal and Vietnam.
